 Delivery Policy

U.K. Delivery

All items are sent by Royal Mail, signed for. We deliver some items special delivery, tracked and signed, unless they exceed the 2kg weight limit. Items that are over the 2kg in weight are sent tracked, using a reliable, yet competitively priced courier service. 

Packages are usually dispatched within 7-10 working days after ordering. Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.


For hand carved items delivery times will vary

International Delivery

We have suspended our International delivery for the meantime. However we will continue to monitor the situation for future possibilities.

During busy postal periods such as Christmas, goods may take longer to arrive



To help combat unnecessary waste, wherever we can, we re-use packaging such as card, bubble wrap, polystyrene or any other suitable packaging material. This not only helps with saving our wonderful globe, but helps to keep the cost down for you too. Be assured that our priority is to secure your order as safely as we can for their safe arrival.  

We take every care to reduce the risk of damage while en route. However, on occasion breakages during transit can occur. In the unlikely event of this happening, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to yourself.


Returns and Cancellations Policy

 Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering regarding personalised or custom made items.

Conditions of Return

  Returns accepted up to 30 days from receipt for non personalised products. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns accepted up to 30 days from receipt for personalised products that have arrived faulty or damaged. A full refund or a replacement will be offered at no further cost to the buyer. For more information regarding refunds please refer to our Customer Care section.

We cannot accept returns for items on sale, custom made items or any items that have been ordered incorrectly.
